Can anyone tell me if this stage of cycling is normal please. It's looking very dirty? It's been cycling for over 2 weeks now, ammonia is 0 but nitrites still high. Thanks x

Looks great and on track to me, the nitrites will start to come down and Nitrates go up, once you get zero nitrites do a water change to bring the Nitrates down and put your shrimp in :)

I’d definitely fill the tank to the top though, the more water volume the better. It can be quite forgiving if something goes wrong with your waters parameters.
