Today i fed tank #03 a pinch of spirulina and topped up all 3 tanks with fresh RO water from my local fish store, i also turned up the heaters in tank number #01 and #02 they sit at around 22 - 23C and the larger #03 tank around the 21 - 22C mark. I will watch to see if they stop hanging on the heater as much.

Took a quick snap at snails riding on each other

Today i purchased a new camera to try and get some better photos of my shrimp! im just waiting on some macro tubes to be delivered and i can get stuck in. :D

I fed Tank #03 pure spirulina and the whole tank came alive and swarmed the food, they swam around fast like when you put a net or your hand into the tank

Nothing really to add, fed tank #03 spirulina powder and they ate it all very fast, i am going to do a water quality test this week to check for mostly nitrates.

Fed Pure spirulina to tank #03 and all is doing fine, same goes for the snails.

Forgot to post the results of the water quality test so here it is for my large #03 tank: All looks good to me,

8.2ish? PH
0 Ammonia
0 Nitrites
0 Nitrates

So from this i can tell nothing has died or is rotten/fouling the water in the tank and my beneficial bacteria is turning what little amount of waste from the shrimp and snails indirectly into Nitrates and that my feeding routine is OK for the tank. :D

Here a a few photos and videos from earlier today [tank #03]

edit: just noticed the snails are starting to get the markings and colours that match the rest of their shell on the newly grown part of its shell.

I topped up both cube tanks (#01 and #02) with fresh RO water, and took a quick photo of tank #01 to show which ive not shown in a while. I still havent fed either of these tanks since my initial try months back and none of the shrimp were interested:
All seems happy in both the small selective tanks.

I dosed tank #03 with biodigest as i do every 14 days or so and saw one of the Opae'ula fanning her swimmerets alot and keeping them stretched out, maybe she will soon be carrying eggs?
