Ive read a few times of people tasting the biosphere's salt water so they can sort of match the water they are going to make up and use in their new tank to try and get it like for like

Hi Evi,
I use a regular long straw and let gravity work. I don't take berried shrimp from other tanks to this one.

There is a berried one recently but it got berried in the tank- mostly likely from the few initial ones when I started the tank.
