Sometime yesterday or this morning the female who has been carrying 3 eggs in tank #03 has lost or released one of the larvae and now has 2 left, I haven't seen the larvae floating around in the tank but I will keep looking. I first noticed the eggs with her on the 1st of May 2016, so its been 36 days give or take (5.14 weeks) from point to point. I'm hoping that means the larvae was released and not just 'dropped', the length of time carrying the eggs is correct so hopefully its just hiding

Cool. You could have a separate tank just for larvae. :grin2: Higher survival rate...

That sounds like a good plan! I just hope this is a sign the tank is ready to get more berried females

Or a plastic bottle (like the 2 liter soft drink ones) with small holes in your tank to keep larvae. Not as pretty though but works.
