Salinity: 1.012/1.013
PH: 8.0 +/- 0.2
Temp: 24/26 Deg C

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Well i finally got around to setting up the new 140 Litre tank! Its still a work in progress and i have a few more things to do like move the heaters into their final position (i set them up just to get the water up to temp quick) and remove the bag of seeded sand after a week or 2. One of the ceramic caves i ordered arrived broken so im waiting on that too. Its not fully filled either as i ran out of water

Here are a few photos, the waters cloudy and hasn't settled yet so please excuse that.

Super Nice!!! Lots of Volcanoe Rock! Do you have the permanent top on? And how does the light attach to the aquarium?

Yup the lid is in place but in true aquaone tank style it has a huge gap down the length of it on one side  so I'm going to have to lay something down on top to stop the Nerite snails climbing out (I've added the black plastic top from my old tank for now). The LED light has these bend wire edges that fit perfectly on the edge of the lid/top of the tank. I've not lost any shrimp in the new tank so that's good! Its still cloudy though.

Spotted 2 berried females tonight in the new tank  I just hope the water is right for the larave if they get to that stage.

Nice pic of them hanging out on that one rock. Is this happening most of the time?

Awesome setup, looks like they have everything they need. How many Chaetomorpha species you grow there?

Thanks! I just have the one plant which is a macroalage I'm not sure what it is to be honest, it's pretty hit and miss really but it hasn't died yet lol.

Any clues on why they hand out on that one rock? Are they eating something that is on it?
