It's about time i started documenting and posting some photos in a dedicated thread for my larvae and baby shrimp tank! I'm not quite sure how many are in it right now but i keep moving all the larvae from my main 140 litre breeder tank into this one which is around 30 litres.

Why the dedicated tank for babies?

It just makes it easier for me to monitor them and catch them @caine . I'm going to start selling them and if I let them grow out in my breeder tank I don't think I will ever be able to find them when they hide and I don't want to sell my adults and may get them mixed up when netting them out etc.

Tested the water params today in this tank for future notes:

Salinity: 1.012/1.013
PH: 8.0 +/- 0.2
Temp: 25/26 Deg C


I also made a small update video w/commentary and took some photos

Saturday morning tank maintenance for the week, topped up with RO water and fed them. They are about ready to be sold now and ive purchased some bags for transportation.

Roughly 95 larvae in here at the moment! Whether they all make it to their next stage is another question but i am hoping for a good % to make it.
