Nevermind, realized my mistake in that it wasn't 150 x 150 size.

how do i get it to 150 x 150 size? Any kind soul to advise ?

Hi there, if the upload tool won’t resize your av you may need to open it up in Microsoft paint and use the resize option to put it to 150x150 and try again.
