Remove dropped eggs?

Hi friends, I have a super tiny tank setup from an ecosphere breakout that went kind of poorly and have been too scared to add more water, which I’ll do soon. Had a shrimp drop nine eggs which have not been eaten in several days. Do I need to remove them to prevent ammonia?

It has a decent amount of hair algae and chaeto. It’s probably around 0.15 gallons for now and I won’t have the new water for a couple weeks.

Thanks!

I was thinking it was safe because occasionally shrimp die in the self contained sphere setups, but I believe those are eaten. They have showed no interest in eating these eggs though so I don’t know.
